This one day course introductory course is  designed to develop supervision skills.

By the end of the course participants will be able to state the tasks and roles involed in supervision, state the benefits of supervision to the supervisor, supervisee and the organisation, understand the 3 methods of good practice, utilise methods of motivating staff, recognise individual levels of competency and apply a model for supervising individuals with different skills.
