Whether you’re looking for activities to keep your mind active, to make new friends, learn new skills, or stay fit and healthy – Ageing Well has something to offer.

Ageing Well – Supporting Older Adults

With an engaging weekly programme of activities and services for adults over 50 helping people to keep fit, learn new skills, make friends in the community and maintain independence – there is something for everyone!

From Cuppa and Chatter and our social Walk and Talk, to Dance Fit, Tai Chi, Pilates and arts-based sessions – we welcome you to take part.

Tai Chi

Combining breathing exercises and gentle motions, Tai Chi offers a gentle form of exercise which can improve strength, balance and flexibility and aids relaxation.

Chair Pilates

Gentle chair-based exercise with lots of health benefits. Improve energy levels, flexibility and balance. Pilates helps with relaxation, reducing stress and improving sleep.

Cuppa and Chatter

Meet new people in your local community with this weekly sociable session. Includes a range of activities from quizzes to talks from guests (topics including blood pressure, fall prevention etc).

Arts Group

Make new friends and meet our lovely team whilst getting creative! We provide all materials and all abilities are welcome.

Ageing Well Forum

 Our Ageing Well Forum is the heart of the Ageing Well programme, giving members of the community the opportunity to direct the service and speak to us about other issues affecting them.

Our Ageing Well Forum is open to everyone over the age of 50 and takes place quarterly.
