Ageing Well - Older Adults

Getting older shouldn’t stop you enjoying life and through our Ageing Well programme for over 50s, we can help you do just that.

Whether you’re looking to make new friends, learn something new, or stay fit and healthy through trying out different exercise classes, Ageing Well has something to offer!

Listed are examples of our current activities.

As well as offering a wide range of activity sessions for you to get involved in, we also deliver a health & wellbeing forum and one-to-one support to provide an open space for you to discuss issues relating to health and wellbeing with our Ageing Well support caseworker, Adele.

Our Ageing Well group also go on trips such as to Weston-Super-Mare (as pictured below).
