New Course –  Introduction to the Residency Rules

This introductory half day course will provide advisers with a basic knowledge of the benefit rules that affect clients with different nationalities, and people who have moved here from abroad.  This is a complex area of benefit law and the course will not give you all the detail, but it will provide you with the foundations to start building your knowledge and it will help you understand the issues to consider when advising this client group. This is a recommended introductory course before attending the Right to Reside full day course.
