Community Event Workshops

Interested in Events? The team at Birmingham Settlement’s Community Hub in Kitts Green are looking for Volunteer Event Assistants to help us plan and deliver community events.

To support you in that role we are also offering a programme of FREE workshops which will take place on Monday afternoons between 1pm and 3pm here at Birmingham Settlement’s Community Hub in Kitts Green. Alongside, we will also offer you one to one support and a personal development plan.

The course will cover and you will gain skills and experience in event management, health and safety, publicity and budgeting as well as providing you with an opportunity to get involved in your community and really make a difference as well as providing you with new skills and real work based experience which you can add to your CV.
