This one day course introductory course is ideal for those new to leadership.
By the end of the course participants will have a clear and up-to-date definition of leadership and be able to explore and examine their own leadership skills. The Fisher Model of Performance and its 4 components will be considered and used to help identify practical leadership skills, balancing tasks, applying decisions and utilising a model for dealing with challenges. Suitable for all sectors.
