Introduction to Advocacy

Advocacy seeks to ensure that people, particularly those who are most vulnerable in society, have their voice heard.  This interactive training session explores how using the right advocacy model can be effective in helping to resolve conflict in the workplace, clarify issues and bring service users closer to the service provider. The course is suitable for anyone who wishes to become an advocate and is designed for all workplaces.
