New Course – Good Practices in Case Recording
This full day course will equip advisers with the skills needed to undertake good quality case recording. By the end of the course participants will be able to understand what information is needed about the client, the difference between good and bad case notes, and show how good case recording can improve the advice and service given. The course is pitched at introductory level.
