We are hiring – Senior Community Action Worker

We are seeking a Senior Community Action Worker to join our friendly team who will plan, manage, and deliver a range of activities at our Kingstanding site.

Working mainly at our Sports and Community Centre in the heart of Kingstanding, you will help us to grow and offer more to the communities we serve through developing and leading activities that support individual and community leadership, voice, and engagement in line with individual, community, and funder needs. The role will focus on the overall management and development of Birmingham Settlement’s Sports and Community Centre to encourage active living, offering a diverse range of activities to boost physical health, wellbeing, and community cohesion. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer care skills, an open mind, adaptibility, and a willingness to work flexibly.
