Our Ageing Well group for older adults were joined by singers from Birmingham Opera last week, everyone had a fantastic time with lots of audience interaction and opportunity to exercise the vocal cords!

Our Ageing Well service is aimed at people aged 50+ and offers a varied programme of activities every week, from dance fit to cuppa and chatter, Film Club and bowls.
