Children & Families Services

Birmingham Settlement offers activities for children and families to support their wellbeing and development. We provide learning and play experiences for children, free of charge, making sure no child misses our on their early year’s development. Our children & families services also support the wider family, providing the opportunity for parents and grandparents to establish support networks, get advice and access our wider wellbeing services.

Stay, Learn & Play

Stay, Learn and Play is open to children 0-5 and their parents/guardians. Sessions are free and are designed to support learning, improve English skills and develop social skills. Stay, Learn & Play also offers a valuable source of support for the wider family, giving you the chance to meet other parents and develop friendships and support networks, increase your confidence, find ways to support your children’s learning at home too.

‘Little Stars’ 

(0 yrs-15 months)

Mondays 10.30am-11.15am

‘Let’s Get Crafty’

(15 months-5years)

Wednesdays 1.15pm-2.00pm

Our ‘Little Stars’ and ‘Let’s Get Crafty’ sessions are delivered online via zoom and incorporate a range of guided arts and activities with learning. We can also provide you with the resources and materials you need to join in with activities from the comfort of your own home.
