An Eye for Style
If you have a passion for fashion, our charity shops are a great way to learn retail skills, customer service, and offer a new lease of life to pre-loved items.
We have charity shops in Sutton Coldfield, Wylde Green, Boldmere, and inside our Kingstanding Sports and Community Centre. No experience is necessary, but your role will be customer-facing, so if you’re a people person and enjoy learning new skills, we’d love to hear from you. Volunteering in our charity shops is a great way to increase confidence, socialise, gain valuable experience, and of course, it’s time well spent supporting your community.

As a retail volunteer, there are a variety of roles within our shops to choose from, whether you enjoy serving customers, organising stock, or have a key eye for vintage treasure, there’s something for everyone.
