Hands-On Helper
Whatever your practical skills, your handyperson know-how will support us to look after our spaces and our communities.
Can you lend a hand as a painter, carpenter or with repairs? We have some fantastic community spaces, but they take a lot of looking after. Volunteers can help us to care for our buildings and spaces for the benefit of everyone.
As a Volunteer Handyperson you would provide ‘ad-hoc’ support as and when required in the form of ‘odd-jobs’ and repairs. You may also wish to commit to regular volunteering and support us as we develop and improve our community spaces.
If you are:
- Reliable
- Skilled in repair/carpentry/painting
- Happy to support outdoors in all-weathers
You will enjoy supporting in this role!
Responsibilities might include general maintenance, repairs and improvements across our Nature and Wellbeing Centre, Charity Shops and Sports and Community Centre.
