How to Book

Booking is essential. Scan the QR code on the poster below, or book via Eventbrite here

When booking, select your preferred half-hour entry slot. Please purchase a ticket for all children in your party – under 1s go free (however if you would like them to receive a gift from Santa, you will need to pay for a ticket).

You do not need to book a ticket for adults in your party.

Your Visit

Each ticket grants one child entry to visit Santa in his Ice Palace and includes a small gift from the man himself!

Upon arrival, admire the sparkling lights as you enjoy a seasonal craft activity in our warm and sheltered dome until Santa’s helper calls you in!

Each party will have around 5-10 minutes with Santa in the Ice Palace (depending on group size). For your remaining slot time, take part in festive crafts in our dome, lit up with twinkling lights.

You can stay on site after your visit for as long as you like – Our Red Shed community Cafe will be playing festive music and serving hot drinks, mulled wine (non alcoholic and alcoholic options available), homemade soup, mince pies and cakes.

Please note, this event will go ahead in wet weather. Santa’s Ice Palace and craft activities take place in our heated and sheltered geodesic domes. We are sorry, but we are unable to issue refunds if you are unable to make it.
