PlayZone: Multi-Purpose Sports Pitch – Kingstanding

Our new, state-of-the-art, multi-purpose sports pitch is now open for bookings! With thanks to the Football Foundation this versatile outdoor pitch is open for regular sports sessions and for hire. Book via Clubspark here.

The pitch can be booked on week days, at evenings and weekends and is suitable for football, walking football, basketball, netball, dodgeball and so much more!

Hall & Meeting Room Hire – Kingstanding

Our Sports and Community Centre in Kingstanding offers large, contemporary halls for hire plus a spacious and welcoming community space – perfect for children’s parties and community events. Our smaller rooms provide great places for meetings and are equipped with projector and whiteboard. Kitchen facilities are available for catering.

Sports Halls – Kingstanding

For sports enthusiasts, our two modern, spacious sports halls offer dynamic spaces for fitness exercise and classes, sports events, birthday parties, celebrations and community activities. We also have a newly furbished community gym.

Geodesic Dome – Ladywood

Nestled amidst natural surroundings at our Nature & Wellbeing Centre at Edgbaston Reservoir, our unique venue offers an inspiring setting to connect, collaborate, and recharge.

Whether you’re hosting a team-building workshop, a yoga class or a mindfulness retreat, our domes provide the perfect space to step outside the conventional and immerse in nature.

We have two domes available to hire; an 8m ‘Sanctuary’ dome and a 6m ‘Retreat’ dome, both made from aluminium and glass, so you feel connected to nature irrespective of the weather!

Outdoor Amphitheatre & Creative Space – Ladywood

Birmingham’s best kept secret, our amphitheatre nestled next to Edgbaston Reservoir offers beautiful views and a unique setting for theatre, music and performance.

The space consists of an open-air stage and seating arena. This is an eco friendly build, using surplus resources from the building of the Red Shed, the domes, paths and other landscaping. It has a natural appearance with a grass finish.

The amphitheatre offers a wonderfully unique, creative space for a range of performances, drama, cultural events and music. 

Red Shed Meeting Space – Ladywood

The eye-catching ‘Red Shed’ at our Nature & Wellbeing Centre in Ladywood is the perfect space for community meetings, activities and small groups.

The eco-friendly, sustainable building uses renewables and  ground-sourced heat pumps, and a bio-disc to manage waste. A café/kitchen area is available for serving drinks and light refreshments.
