Half Term: Sports & Community Centre

We have a range of half-term activities taking place at Birmingham Settlement Sports & Community Centre in Kingstanding for families & children to enjoy!

Saturday 25th October, 10am-1pm: Halloween & Firework Crafts: Get creative this half term, a fun morning of spooky makes and sparkling creations for children of all ages.

Monday 27th- Friday 31st October, 10am-3pm: Football Camp with Sporting Elite: Fun-filled football camp packed with games, challenges and teamwork activities for boys and girls aged 4–11 years (Reception to Year 6) – link to book here.

Tuesday 28th October, 10am-12pm: Little Settlers & Siblings Session: Designed for ages 0–5 and 5–12, with activities that often bring siblings together for creative play.

Thursday 30th October, 5:30-8:30pm: Halloween Party: Celebrate spooky season with us! Enjoy a fancy dress competition, spooky stories, party games, music, snacks, and much more – open to children aged 8+.

 

Half Term: Nature and Wellbeing Centre

We have a range of half-term activities taking place at Birmingham Settlement Nature and Wellbeing Centre in Edgbaston for families & children to enjoy!

Tuesday 28th October, 10am-1pm: Little Settlers Special: Discover the world of Swifts! Make seed bombs, play games & learn all about these incredible migrating birds! (Ages 0-12), supported by RSPB.

Wednesday 29th October, 10am-4pm: Young Bunch Holiday Club: Outdoor activities and hand-on skills for adventurous teens (12-15 years) – link to book here.

Wednesday 29th October, 2pm-3pm: Chess Club: Learn to play chess! All ages and abilities welcome.

Thursday 30th October, 10am-12pm: Nature Navigators: Survey and monitor wildlife with us! (Ages 10+ recommended).

Friday 31st October, 12pm-1pm: Frightful Litter: Neighbourhood Halloween litter pick, why not come in fancy dress! (Meet at the red shed).

 

 

Take a look at our regular timetables below; there’s something for everyone! All our activities are FREE, suggested donation £2 per session to support our work if you can, but please don’t let that be a barrier to access.
