Experience the Magic of Christmas with Santa’s Ice Grotto at the Nature & Wellbeing Centre Winter Wonderland!
Celebrate the festive season with local charity Birmingham Settlement as our geodesic domes are lit up and transformed into enchanting, sparkling ice grottos! Visit Santa, enjoy festive activities, and explore the surrounds of nature at a beautiful site next to Edgbaston Reservoir.
There’s also a chance to get hands-on and make your own festive crafts, or visit our Red Shed Café for a mug of steaming cocoa, soup, slice of cake or mince pie!

Booking is essential to visit Santa in his Ice Grotto! Get your tickets on Eventbrite.
What’s included
Each ticket grants one child entry to visit Santa in his Ice Grotto and receive a small gift from the man himself!
Upon arrival, enjoy a seasonal craft activity in the ‘Ice House’ until Santa’s helper calls you in.
When booking, select your preferred half-hour entry slot. Please purchase a ticket for all children in your party – under 1s go free. Each party will have around 5 minutes with santa, and the remaining slot time in the ‘Ice House’ where there will be festive crafts to keep everyone occupied!
Please note, this event will go ahead in wet weather. Santa’s grotto and craft activities take place in our heated and sheltered geodesic domes. We are sorry, but we are unable to issue refunds if you change your mind!
