Come along to a FREE mindfulness session at our beautiful Nature & Wellbeing Centre (79 Selwyn Rd, B16 0SL) next to Edgbaston Reservoir! The session is 1-3pm on Monday 21st August.

Mindfulness can be described as learning to be more present in our lives. More present in the ‘here and now’. Research has shown that mindfulness can be good for our physical and mental wellbeing.
