This is a new group starting Monday 7th March 2022, 12.30pm – 2.00pm at our 610 Community Centre, B44 9SH.
Come along for conversation and fitness: meet new friends and build your confidence. Share your voice, help us to shape this group and have fun getting a little bit fitter.

A creche is available for children aged 0-5 years during sessions – limited spaces, will be booked on first come first served basis.
Please wear comfortable clothing and rubber soled footwear.
