Training & Learning

We deliver a range of comprehensive training programmes designed to up-skill local residents and frontline workers. There are three strands to our training & learning services:

  • Professional development & ‘soft skills’ training programme
  • Health & Wellbeing training programme
  • Financial inclusion training programme specifically targeted at frontline organisations

Learning is structured to accommodate the different knowledge levels of participants, ranging from introductory to advanced. Detailed training materials are provided alongside all courses and certificates are issued on completion.

The training is designed to increase knowledge in a number of health-related and wellbeing areas; identify available support services, and explore strategies for enhancing health and wellbeing.

Financial Inclusion training

Delivered free of charge targeted at frontline workers, our financial inclusion training workshops are delivered online via zoom and provide frontline organisations with a foundation to support their clients with the main issues relating to welfare benefits and debt.
