Are you looking for a way to keep fit and meet new people? We offer a free, female only online fitness class with varying degrees of intensity. So whether you want to get healthier with some light exercise or get a hard work out in, there is sure to be something to suit you!
Sessions are open to females aged 18 plus and are based around the interests of the participants and led by qualified female instructor, Sakina Brou.
When: Tuesdays 9.15-9.55 (term time only)
