Would you like to become stronger, more toned, increase your flexibility and feel energised? Then this online yoga class is for you! You will learn how to breathe more deeply to find a calmer state of mind. Yoga postures and sequences will develop your core strength, stability and ease of movement and with a short relaxation at the end you will leave the class feeling, uplifted and balanced.
