• Come along to Birmingham Settlement where we are running a series of health and wellbeing workshops. Topics covered will include: mindfulness, managing stress, nature and wellbeing, nutrition, sleep, the importance of social connection and ways to support our immune system.
  • The first two workshops are:
    • Mindfulness: Friday 25th November 10am to 12pm.
      • What is mindfulness and how can it benefit health and wellbeing?
    • Stress Awareness: Friday 2nd December 10am to 12pm.
      • How and why does stress affect our health and how can we reduce the impact of stress on our lives?
