Since 1899 Birmingham Settlement has been tackling social inequality and disadvantage; supporting people to live happier, more fulfilled lives.
We are looking for a Volunteer Administration Assistant to support us from our head office in Kingstanding. We deliver a number of services to the local community and operate business support services. We are looking for somebody who has a passion to help others, and support us in daily tasks including:
- Data Entry
- Scanning
- Record keeping
- Filing
- Liaising with staff
- Contact with contractors

Commitment: Flexible, minimum 3-hour slots, days and times to be agreed. As many or as few hours as suits.
We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual who is able to communicate with people of all ages, from different backgrounds. You should be able to work with others as part of a team, and maintain confidentiality. All volunteers must be over the age of 18.
