Birmingham Settlement has an opportunity to join our Money Advice Team, as a Contract Compliance Officer
As Contract Compliance Officer you will already have a background in a service delivery environment including experience of administrative work and the development and maintenance of record keeping systems and processes.
You will be joining a long established and professional Money Advice Team based at our Aston office, providing specialist advice with a holistic approach that covers all areas of debt and welfare benefit along with training to build and continually improve money management and financial capability.
Salary: £22,000 per annum
35 hours per week, 25 days A/L + contributory pension scheme
