Making a Booking
You can reserve your place online using our online reservation facility. Reservations must be received 10 days before the actual course date. Your full remittance must be paid prior to the course taking place. The cut-off date for each course can be found on the course information page in the online booking section. If you have not received confirmation or venue details one week prior to your course, please get in touch.
Concessionary rates are available on written application only. You will need to provide details of your desired booking and reasons for seeking a concession.
We will not be able to confirm your booking until full payment has been received. Please contact us for our bank details if you wish to make a BACS payment. If you wish to pay by cheque please make them payable to “Birmingham Settlement” and ensure we receive your payment at least 10 days before the date of the course. A receipt will be issued once payment is received.
We are unable to offer refunds. If a participant cannot attend on the day, you are welcome to send another colleague from your organisation to fill that place. Alternatively, you can transfer to another course, however you must notify us at least 10 working days in advance of the original course date. Cancellations or transfers made with less than 10 working days notice will be subject to a £15 charge. All transfer and cancellation requests must be made in writing. On occasion there are insufficient delegates to make a course viable. In these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course giving 10 days notice. In this case you will be offered a transfer to the next available date.
