We have 3 charity shops across Birmingham each of which is staffed primarily by volunteers who support the shop managers to take donations, serve customers and price up stock, to name just a few of the many tasks they undertake.
In both of our Hubs volunteers play a crucial role and support with a wide range of activities from helping to facilitate our Job Club and running Ageing Well Art classes to supporting to arrange local campaigns and events. We also take on volunteer Money Advisors, offering members of the public advice around financial issues such as debts and welfare benefits. Volunteers also support with general administrative tasks and help on reception, greeting members of the public.
