This half day mini introductory workshop  aims to provide an introduction to Universal Credit. It explains what universal credit is, when it is available, how it will be paid, explains what happens if someone cannot manage with a single monthly payment and provides tips on where to get further help and information.   It is suitable for those with limited knowledge of the benefits system.
