A course which looks in detail at the right to reside requirement that applies within all the means-tested benefits, child tax credit and child benefit.  The course covers how the test operates in the different benefits and the main groups that have a right to reside.  Particular attention is given to identifying which factors are relevant in establishing the most common residence rights, and how these are affected by changes of circumstances.  The course is designed for those whose work includes giving benefit advice to European nationals.
