Come along each week to tai chi, where you will learn to combine deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. This gentle exercise has many health benefits to reduce stress, improve muscle strength, improve balance and much more. All abilities welcome, no previous experience required!
When: Mondays 2pm-3pm
