Peer support is about getting support from people who are equal to you – your peers.  Approaches to peer support can vary considerably across the country.  This one day course looks at the various frameworks for modern peer support groups, considers how to carry out a needs analysis, looks at rights and responsibilities, how to facilitate and focuses on how to keep momentum going.  It is suitable for individuals across all sectors.
