Dealing with Aggressive & Difficult Behaviour

This course looks in detail at the definition of conflict, and what circumstances and behaviours increase the risk of conflict occurring or escalating.  It considers the reasons why people become difficult or aggressive, shows participants how to recognise at least 10 warning signs of conflict occurring, and examines strategies used to calm difficult situations and prevent escalation.  Case studies are used throughout.  The course is suitable for all workplaces
