Tai Chi takes place every Thursday afternoon and like our Yoga sessions, are led by a qualified instructor. Combining breathing exercises and gentle motions, Tai Chi offers a gentle form of exercise which can improve strength, balance and flexibility and aids relaxation. If you are over 50 and are interested in joining our Tai Chi sessions, come along to our Thursday sessions or give us a call to find out more.
