The City Spirit Programme works in direct support of the Development Agency, offering assistance to small local community organisations.
The primary objective of City Spirit is to provide a direct, grassroots response to the most excluded groups living in Birmingham. Dedicated Network Support Officers work with frontline BME organisations to help them build capacity and infrastructure.
We provide them with the necessary systems, expertise and training so that they can deliver effective, quality services to their local community and avoid the duplication of projects.
