Since 1899, Birmingham Settlement has been supporting people to lead fulfilling happy lives; providing services and actions that enable people to gain new skills, to build confidence and to establish social and community networks to create opportunity and to improve lives.
The organisation is committed to improving the lives of older adults and is linked with Birmingham City Council’s “Prevention & Communities” programme that supports a vision for every older adult citizen to be able to live healthy, happy and independent lives in their own homes and communities. The successful candidate will provide an assessment and case management service that will enable older adults to access appropriate support and services that focus on prevention and maintaining maximum independent living.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute and make a real difference to older citizens within their communities.
