Birmingham Settlement is seeking to recruit an organised, self-motivated and adaptable Debt Caseworker to join our team. Using your proven experience, you will provide effective and high quality debt advice and casework to our clients. Based at our Aston Centre, you will also deliver face to face on an outreach basis with our partners in other areas of the City.

Established in 1899, for 120 years the Settlement has been offering a range of community
services to support individuals and groups to gain the skills and confidence they need to
overcome life’s challenges and to achieve the goals they set.

Money advice is a core aspect of our work – supporting people to overcome issues of debt by reducing outgoings, maximising income and gaining a better understanding of managing their own finances.

We are currently going through a period of significant change and growth; this is an opportunity for the right person to be involved in shaping that change whilst making a positive difference to the lives of our people.
