We are seeking a HR/Business Services Officer to support and develop the organisations HR function and to provide business support to senior management. The role will involve managing the recruitment process, undertaking employment checks, developing and maintaining a rolling programme of organisational policies, training records and supporting colleagues with HR related queries.
In this varied role you will also provide support to the Settlement’s Board of Trustees, including preparing agendas, collation and circulation of papers, taking minutes, and supporting the CEO with diary management, attendance at meetings, to researching and collating information relating to overall business performance and development.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be CIPD qualified along with high level administrative experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong IT ability; be attentive to detail, flexible and understand the importance of data protection and confidentiality.
