community-wellbeing-projectDo you live in Lea Village, Kitts Green or Shard End and want to make a difference in your community? Birmingham Settlement, as part of our Big Lottery Fund project, is running weekly sessions to bring local people together to do just that. So if you would like to get involved in your community wellbeing project, help people in your local community combat mental health challenges and learn skills and coping strategies which you can use to help people suffering from mental health problems, why not come and join us?

Having begun last month, these informal sessions take place every Thursday from 1pm to 4pm at our community hub and shop on Kitts Green Road.

To find out more about how you can take place please give Nathaniel a ring on 07984 122 846, pop into the shop or download the flyer by clicking here.

Please note the times have been changed from those on the flyer to enable parents to join us before leaving for the school run in the afternoon. Sessions now run from 1pm to 4pm with the main session running until 3pm followed by coffee and discussions until 4pm.
